Gilberto Garcia, 22, of 2103 N. Marmora, Alejandro Castrejon, 18, of 6301 W. Grand, and two minors were arrested on charges related to an incident that occurred on the 4100 block of N. Ravenswood on March 6 at 9:36 p.m. According to the police report Garcia and one of the minors approached the male victim as he was walking on Ravenswood. The minor reportedly pulled a silver and black knife and said, "Give me your shit," while Garcia rifled through the victim's jacket and took his cell phone. The two then reportedly fled north and got into a four-door sedan on the 1800 block of Berteau. The report says that police were able to pull over the vehicle and the find the victim's cell phone on Garcia and the knife on the minor. According to the report, Garcia and the minor were also identified by the victim, leading to the arrest of all four occupants of the car and their being taken to District 23 for processing.
