    Joe and I stumbled across this Logan Square six-flat at 3130 W Fullerton Ave while scouting new construction on the northwest side earlier this week. Construction is ongoing, according to Century 21 Sussex and Reilly's Mirek Czerkas, but it should wrap up by mid-July, and by then he hopes to have a furnished model ready.

  • 1920 N Springfield Ave A view of a "-view"

    As you can see, this building and its companion at 1920 N Springfield Ave have the yellow-brick balconies that seem to be a Dolce Living signature. You'd need a few of them side-by-side for that blocky Aztec geometry to really emerge, but Dolce has only finished the bookend buildings so far.
