  The crash happened about 3:10 a.m. in the 6600 block of South Cicero Avenue. Nunez, of the 4200 block of West 103rd Street in Oak Lawn, was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in the suburb, said a spokesman for the Cook County medical examiner's office.
