Prosecutors: Doctor fought assailant
Police found injuries to one of Allen's hands when officers arrested him Wednesday at his home in the 4000 block of West Congress Parkway, Assistant State's Atty. Iris Ferosie said in court. Two suicide notes in Allen's pocket also described his involvement in the attack, she said.

At the bond hearing, Ferosie said the victim was talking on a cell phone Monday evening in her office at a building in the 2900 block of North Commonwealth Avenue when Allen walked in and asked for directions to human resources.
