State says accused cop killers admit to crime
Walker and Gaston drove around the Englewood community early Monday looking to shoot rival gang members, authorities said. Instead, they shot Valadez, 27, who was in plainclothes and was investigating a report of shots fired in the 6000 block of South Hermitage Avenue, according to prosecutors.
