Kim Brown was near Kostner Avenue and Washington Boulevard on Oct. 21 when two vans collided, sending one vehicle crashing into Brown on a sidewalk. Brown's baby, in the womb for six to seven months, was delivered by cesarean section after the crash, but both Brown, 27, and her son died.
