  James Cox, 39, of the 4300 block of West Maypole Avenue, is expected to appear for a bond hearing Wednesday.  He had no license at the time of the crash and had been convicted 15 times for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

  Kim Brown was near Kostner Avenue and Washington Boulevard on Oct. 21 when two vans collided, sending one vehicle crashing into Brown on a sidewalk. Brown's baby, in the womb for six to seven months, was delivered by cesarean section after the crash, but both Brown, 27, and her son died.
