    Robert Gonzales, 69, of the 1900 block of 77th Avenue in Elmwood Park, was the longtime owner of O'Lanagan's, 2335 W. Montrose Ave., state records show. He was declared dead at 7:26 p.m. at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.

    Officers responded to a call of a person down just after 4:45 a.m. and found a man lying in an alley behind the 2300 block of West Montrose Avenue, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala. On arrival, they found a man injured with severe lacerations on his head, Zala said.
