The applicant claims an occupancy level of at least 170 people  and therefore the department claims the applicant should have 17 parking spaces in a C1-1 Distrct. The tavern use alone should have 9 parking spaces. In 1962 the Board granted a change of use at this location from a wire and cable distribution company to a food processing business (498-62-A) (26th Ward).
