A resolution recommending a proposed ordinance authoirzing the sale of City-owned land under the Adjacent Neighbors Land Acquisition Program. The land is commonly known as 5537 S Seeley Ave and is located in the 15th Ward (08-071-21). Negotiated Sales 2. A resolution recommending a proposed ordinance authorizing the negotiated sale of City-owned land. The land is commonly known as 10 E 36th Pl and is located in the 3rd Ward (08-072-21). 3. A resolution recommending a proposed ordinance authorizing the negotiated sale of City-owned land. The land is commonly known as 12 E 36th Pl and is located in the 3rd Ward (08-073-21). 4. A resolution recommending a proposed ordinance authorizing the negotiated sale of City-owned land. The land is commonly known as 2002 S Throop St and is located in the 25th Ward (08-074-21). 5. Dispositions and Acquisitions 9. A resolution recommending approval of the lease of Chicago Park District-owned land to the Chicago Board of Education to allow for the construction of a Chicago Public Elementary School. The land is commonly known as 4631-4717 W Marquette Rd and is located in the 13th Ward (08-079-21). Change of Use 10. A resolution recommending the approval of a change in use of Chicago Park District-owned land from Public Park to Institutional for a three-story Chicago Public elementary School for grades Kindergarten through 8th Grade. The land is commonly known as 4631-4717 W Marquette Rd and is located in hte 13th Ward (08-079-21). D. Matters submitted in accordance with the Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection Ordinance and/or the Chicago Zoning Ordinance: 1. A proposed Institutional Planned Development submitted by the Public Building Commission of Chicago for the property generally located at 6634-6712 N Whipple St. The Applicant is proposing to rezone the property from M1-1 and RS-2 to RT-4 prior to establishing the Institutional Planned Development in order to construct a new three-story elementary school (50th Ward). 2. Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection Ordinance Application No. 554 submitted by 303 W Barry Development, LLC for the property generally located at 3030 N Lake Shore Dr and 303 W Barry Ave. The applicant proposes to rehabilitate the existing building into 4 residential units and construct a one-story addition. The building has been rated potentially significant (orange rated) by the Chicago Historic Resources Survey. The site lies with the Private Use Zone of the Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection District (44th Ward). 3. A proposed Business-Residential-Institutional Planned Development Application submitted by Primestor Little Village, LLC, for the property generally located at 4400-4590 W 26th St, 4401-4591 W 26th St, 2452-2710 S Kostner Ave. The applicant proposes to construct a mixed-use development with at least 245,000 square feet of business/retail space, up to 770 residential units, public open space, and off-street parking. The applicant proposes to change the zoning of the site from M2-2 to C2-3 prior to establishing the Business-Residential-Institutional Planned Development (22nd Ward). 4. A proposed Residential-Business Planned Development Application submitted by 901 W 63rd Limited Partership for the property generally located at 901-25 W 63rd St, 6300-10 S Peoria St, and 6301-11 S Sangamon St. The applicant proposes to constuct a six-story single-room occupancy residential building with 100 dwelling units and 10 spaces of accessory parking. The building is to be operated as a single-room occupancy facility with supportive services. The applicant proposes to change the zoning of the site from C1-2 to B2-3 prior to establishing the Residential-Business Planned Development (16th Ward). 5. A proposed Institutional Planned Development submitted by the Public Building Commission of Chicago for the property generally located at 4631-4717 W Marquette Rd. The Applicant is proposing to rezone the property from POS-1 to RT-4 prior to establishing the Institutional Planned Development in order to construct a new three-story elementary school (13th Ward). 6. A proposed Residential-Business Planned Development Application submitted by Metro 290 LLC for the property located at 1101-43 W Jackson Blvd, 300-88 S Aberdeen St, and 1100-44 W Van Buren St. The applicant proposes to construct a 21-story mixed-use development with up to 380 residential units, 290,000 square feet of commercial space, and approximately 1,326 accessory parking spaces. The applicant proposes to rezone the property from DS-3 to DX-5 prior to establishing the Residential-Business Planned Development (2nd Ward). E. Matters Deffered to a Future Chicago Plan Commission Public Hearing in Accordance with Section 17-13-0108 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance: 1. Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection Ordinance Application No. 556 submitted by the Chicago Park District for the property generally located at 701 W Foster Drive. The applicant proposes to construct an artificial surface athletic field in Lincoln Park. The site lies within the Public Use Zone of the Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection District (48th Ward). 2. Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection Ordinance Application No. 557 submitted by the Chicago Park District for the property generally located at 9640 S Walton Dr. The applicant proposes to construct an artificial surface athletic field in Calumet Park. The site lies within the Public Use Zone of the Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection District (10th Ward). 3. A proposed amendment to Residential-Business Planned Development No. 313 at the property generally located at 101-31 W Chestnut St, 823-39 N LaSalle Drive, and 830-38 N Clark St submitted by LG Development Group, LLC. The applicant proposes to amend the planned development to increase the maximum permitted Floor Area Ratio from 7.0 to 10.0 using the available Affordable Housing Bonus and the Adopt-a-Landmark Bonus in order to construct a 28-story building containing 49 residential dwelling units and 83 off-street parking spaces. This building would be in addition to the two existing buildings within the Planned Development (42nd Ward). Adjourment
