CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are putting South Side businesses on alert after a series of robberies.
Surveillance photos show the robbers who held up two Rent-A-Center stores. Police say, in both cases, a man and woman walked into the stores, asked about making a purchase, then announced a robbery.
Authorities say the thieves used the stores' trucks to transport the large televisions that they took.
