The folks at the Dill Pickle Food Co-op are moving forward in their efforts to open an organic food market in Logan Square. The groups secured a storefront at 3039 W. Fullerton late last year and they are hoping to open shop sometime in 2009. Co-op president Scott Althoff said the group still is working on getting incorporated as a nonprofit food co-op and they are still signing up members.
