According to police reports, on June 20, a security manager for The Chicago Theatre, 175 N. State, allegedly observed John Koziol, 54, of the 5600 block of south Neva and Jesus Guevara, 51, of the 4300 block of west Hollywood acting intoxicated in the theatre's foyer. The manager asked the men to leave the premises because they were drunk. Koziol allegedly pushed the manager against the door and the two began to fight. Guevara allegedly jumped into the fray too. The manager eventually subdued and detained the offenders for police. He refused medical attention for a cut right hand and bruised knees.
