Ubaldo Delvalle, 33, of the 6000 block of W. Sunnyside, was arrested on charges of battery after an incident that allegedly occurred on the 1400 block of W. Wilson at 5:35 p.m., May 2, police reports say. Officers responding to the call arrived to find two men at the crime scene. According to one of the men, a 54-year-old man listed as the victim, the two had started fighting after a heated discussion. The offender kicked him several times in the hand, the report says. Police advised Delvalle of his rights and placed him in custody. He was transported to the 23rd District police station for processing.
