    Last Wednesday, April 30, an employee of the Charter One branch at 71 S. Wacker Dr. noticed Rogers peering through a window of the bank, the release said. After checking a bank security notice detailing the April 2 robbery, which included a photo, the employee recognized Rogers as the suspect and called 911. Responding Chicago police officers found Rogers seated on a bench about a block away. After finding a handgun in his pocket, officers took him into custody.
