Michael Cattron was heard saying, "I'm going to burn this place down," before setting fire to a home filled with people, including a 3-year-old boy, according to aggravated arson charges outlined Sunday in Bond Court. Cattron, 41, used paper and accelerant to start a blaze in the porch and hallway area of the South Side home, court documents said.
