Men were shot dead in separate incidents Saturday -- one in the West Englewood neighborhood, the other in the ABLA public housing development. In the second incident, Robert Liggins, 28, of 6432 S. Oakley Ave., suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn at 1:01 p.m., the Cook County Medical Examiner's office said.
