According to police reports, on April 9 at 12:20 p.m., a victim said he was talking to a man near 555 W. Harrison when the man's girlfriend approached him and allegedly said, "Mind your own damn business." She then allegedly removed her high heel from her foot and struck him on the left temple and kept hitting him. She then fled the scene.
