    CHICAGO - The Swedish water tower will return to the Andersonville skyline Tuesday morning, more than three years after it was taken down. The blue and yellow water tower will be installed atop the Swedish American Museum at 5211 N. Clark St. between 8 a.m. and noon, according to the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce.
