    Did it by few blocks from me. Looks stupid and there's always a For Rent sign, so they must be sitting half empty for months at a time. Waste.

  • If you're going to have high density without retail, this is a good spot. And maybe the increased car traffic will slow down the raceway between Montrose and Irving. BTW before that area was incorporated into Chicago in 1889 it was locally known as Frog Town because of the perennially standing water. An example of how zoning coins gold. That area's real estate value was always depressed because of the water and then the work farm and then the insane asylum until crafty/connecteds made the miracle west of Narragansett. Now it is the east side of the street's turn to make the right people rich(er).
