Went for lunch today. I had the egg salad, my friend, the grilled cheese. Food was excellent. The grilled cheese looks amazing and I will definitely try it on another trip. Egg salad was quite delicious. Both our sandwiches came on the white bread, so I can only speak to it, but it was good.

Biggest complaint was the wait. Took well over 20 minutes for our sandwiches, which wouldn't have bothered me that much except that people who came in a couple transactions after us (who clearly knew people who worked there) got their food at least 5 minutes before we did. I understand they are making to order, hence I don't mind a delay, just seems a bit excessive for a sandwich shop.

That being said. food was great and I'll definitely go again. Just hoping when it's more established (i.e. been open longer), they'll get their process a bit more streamlined.
