Jeffery Manor man charged with killing neighborhood resident

Delton Bates, 42, of the 9700 block of South Merrion Avenue, has been charged with first-degree murder in the Sept. 16, 2017, killing of Darrius Buckley, 33, on the block where Bates lives.
