It is a shame that the rabblers take over and their good intentions get sidetracked.

It is true police have to be monitored because some of their methodologies do not follow the book.

It is true more get away with illegal activities than get arrested. In my hood maybe 3-5% of the bad guys get arrested. Drug dealing, street robberies, assaults, etc are rarely arrested. Criminals control the streets as foot patrol rides down the street in a van issuing car violations tickets.

Yes, 7 cpd ride down the street issuing tickets when a simgle meter maid could do the job at a far cheaper cost to the city. This is part lf the reason 50% of the city budget ks spent om cpd and their pensions. This is why there is no $$ for decelopment or other city services.

Mob violence is frightening because even otherwise rational people are capable of doing illegal things. It is kind of like in food riots people will kill for food.

The best way to deal with issues is to take civil rights cases through the court system. Not much of that is done sorry to say.
