I am not pleased with the customer service level of this business. I would describe it as amateur at most. I had walked in with the thought that the spa appeared to be a very respectable place, in appearance. However, the interaction I had received was less than respectable. I had scheduled a waxing appointment for a gentleman's "personal" wax, and a day before my appointment, I was texted, not called, and informed that my appointment had been cancelled by said waxing specialist due to comfortability issues. This would have been fine by me, had it not been for the total lack of communication among the employees at the spa. I had taken a day off for this, hoping to create a 'personal rejuvenation day', instead, I was left with the need to rejuvenate my work schedule. Very big disappointment. Not impressed with their first impression.

And those structures come with hefty pricetags. While completely new stations on the Green Line, at Cermak Road and Morgan Street, cost $50 million and $38 million, respectively, the 95th Street and Wilson reconstruction projects are more than four times that price.
