Women Robbed, Resident Charged With First-Degree Murder

Eddie Robert Simmons, Ahmed Marinez Walker and Logan Square resident Matthew Cobbs were charged with first-degree murder in connection with a gunshot homicide in the 400 block of W. Evergreen Avenue, police said.
