  • Avondale Homicide In North Avondale

This is the first I'm hearing about this, even though it occurred last Sunday (the 8th). This is the first murder (and hopefully last) in Avondale for 2009. Apparently, a 24-yr-old man was beaten to death in his home on the 3300 block of North Harding. Firefighters were putting out a fire, at about 4:15am in the morning, in a basement of a building on that block when they found the vitcim. He had suffered various injuries from an assault. His death was ruled a Homicide by authorities. Source/Read more. I hope whoever did this is punished for this disgusting crime. We shouldn't have people getting killed in their own homes here in Avondale, much less anywhere. Any comments or questions? You can send them here, or email me with them.
