Hi all, my name is Kevin Wang, a reporter from Medill News Service in Chicago. I have seen a lot of complains about gang-taggings in several neighborhoods. Just like you, I am also concerned about the issue, and I am hoping I can do a story about this. While I am looking for some residents to speak on the issue, it is my promise that I would not reveal his/her identities or names. Since I am hoping to do a video story, I will only film the shadow of the subject, so no need to worry about retaliation. I am also trying to get some comments from alderman and district police, but the responses look slow. I am reporting this Thursday, so if anyone is willing to talk to me, I deeply appreciate! I graduated from Indiana University last year and moved to Chicago in January, it is my sincere hope that Chicago is a safe and wonderful city.

This is a great project. You are going to have many angles of "to be and/not to be TAGGED". You are also including advertisement (billboards) as a legal form of tagging..
The definition of tagging is unwanted signage... Right?
