from what I understand, those cars are driven by the drivers for Ford that are transporting the new cars from/to one of the lots they store the cars on the North side of the river.

Torrence Ave Bridge Construction
So the Torrence Ave bridge is closed for construction - good they are rebuilding it. But, just to the east of the road bridge was that old abandoned rail bridge - it's not lowered and a roadway has been paved over it. Once I saw a bunch of cars all with their blinkers on heading south over that temporary bridge and they pulled into the ford plant - I am curious about that temporary bridge, and what the story behind it is.

Hello Elsa and I'm guessing the sign means people are trying to have the current landfill that is next to the Bishop Ford Xway removed? You could try calling the alderman's office. They might have some info.
