I have been using this cleaners for years, with a few hiccups now and again but nothing important. Note that she often leaves at 6:30p when the hours say open until 7pm and this has cause me some frustration from time to time. Also, the alterations are not very professional but just go somewhere else for those.
Last week I received my dry cleaning back with a staple through one of my work shirts. When I asked about this, the owner denied it was possible even though I told her I saw it with my own eyes. I even brought the tag with the staple back in with me. She told me this was not possible and ignored my complaint. To avoid further arguing I told her I would not be coming back and she let me walk. I honestly could not believe I had been going here for 4 years and this was the resolution - denying ownership. I will not go back and would recommend going somewhere else for more reliable service and better alterations to anyone who asks me.
