Belmont-Cragin Women Behaving Strangely

Women behaving strangely at Cicero and Deming. As i was turning onto Deming from Cicero i noticed a woman in the crosswalk, almost pacing, as i turned, she waved sheepishly. I thought for a second about inquiring but it was so odd i became suspicious. Then about five car lengths in there was a woman alongside the parked cars acting similarly.

If i had to guess the ages, I'd say the first one was late twenties and the second was old enough to be the orst ones mother.

Anyone else see something like this? My sense was ambush or prostitution.
