    Voila!

These organizations' web sites include event calendars:
o Black Girls RUN! Chicago on Facebook (I'm not on Facebook)
o CARA - (Chicago Area Runners Association) at cararuns.org (see http://www.cararuns.org/Racing/Find%20a%20Race.aspx)
    o Road Warrior Athletics (http://www.roadwarriorathletics.com/Events.html)

These organizations could relay the race info to their members:
    o Elijah Running Club (http://www.elijahrunningclub.com/aboutus.html)
    o MaxFitness (http://www.maxfitsports.com/)
o Tri-Masters (http://tri-masters.org/) (Note: Tri-Masters summer triathlon training program for children ages 6-14 starts 11 June. Their program is outstanding!)
o Rainbow Runners might have a Facebook page if they still exist.

The 63rd Street YMCA, and the former Bally's (now LA Fitness?) on 47th Street near Lake Park may have running, marathon, and triathlon training groups.

    Thanks!

  • Thanks for the tip. Sounds like we have a committee member for the 2nd annual.
