Subsidized housing at Montrose Harbor
Does anyone know what can be done about the housing development at Montrose Harbor?
The residents except for retrieving free food do nothing but flutter and squack among themselves.
They have a beutiful waterfront view at taxpayer expense yet do nothing to upkeep the property.
Wher is the OUTRAGE!

Has anyone else had delivery packages go missing lately? We've had two in the past month from a company that's always been reliable, and just heard from a neighbor about the same thing - so we're wondering if someone is grabbing packages in the area.

Yes! We live in a walk-up where UPS will leave packages in the vestibule if the recipient is not home. 3 weeks ago there were 2 packages in our vestibule (only accessible to 6 owners). They a resident left for lunch, the saw the unopened packaged in the hall. When they returned, an hour later, the packages were open, packing peanuts everywhere and the contents gone. Our property management company said this has been happening around our area. You can see through the glass if packaged are on the floor. I think thugs are going around looking in - or even following the UPS truck and buzzing (saying they are UPS) until someone lets them in.
