  • gerigirl I live and breathe this city!

Started out paying $800.00 a month 6 years ago, horrible landlord, owning around 15 buildings all over and building violations, like no other! That same apartment in Old Irving is now going for $1350.00 a month plus heat....square footage, around 550....UNREAL! Of course he lives in WILMETTE!

  • They missed out some neighborhoods or I read passed them. As a realtor, I've got several very nice studios for 695 in Rogers Park and Old Irving Park. So let's add these two neighborhoods to the list.

Logan Square for the last two years I've noticed a decline in showings. This year I'll say it's pretty much down to zero.

Let's all try to do just a little bit better regarding violent crime in our City.

One basic thing to do is to support the Police in doing routine policing. When the police get in to a violent conflict with open gang members, drug dealers - don't automatically go with the media, BlackLiesMatter side that the police are the bad guys.

We have lots of bad guys in our city - they are called

    gang members.

  • HPsince1960

Today's gang members are just parentless punks raised in the streets with a sixth grade reading level who feel that their lives have no value because of no FAMILY VALUES!!!!!
