Dale may be one of the 911 callers who helped Ald. Cappleman target the Chateau Hotel , the Lawrence House,or other SRO's as "problem buildings", even though, by Ald. Cappleman's own admission at his March 2013 crime and safety town hall meeting at the People's Church, only a handful of Chateau Hotel tenants were committing crimes, and by his own admission they, at that time, in March 2013, were either evicted already or were in the process of being evicted. There was no reason to mass evict all the Chateau Hotel tenants EXCEPT to help BJB complete its gut-rehab SRO conversion plans.

SRO tenants are low-income people including senior citizens, people with disabilities, veterans, and working poor. All these income-receiving/rent-paying groups of people are growing in population and also deserve a place to live without becoming homeless due to a developer's (BJB, FLATS, or others) greed. When hurting poor people is a necessary part of a company's business plan, that results in displacement, increasing social service (including government) costs, increasing Chicago's segregation, problem, and leading to at least two mass-evicted tenants deaths, than businessmen, such as Jamie Purcell of BJB and Jay Michaels of FLATS Chicago/Cedar Street should come up with a better business plan. "Bums and winos" are old negative stereotypes. If any SRO tenants break the law inside or outside an SRO or elsewhere, then call 911.
