  • I made the comment a couple of months ago that the info from this site was never told in full. I understand that their news items comes mostly from scanners and cops .There are no reporters running around the area on a regular basis.

  • I would think that the alderman is usually up to snuff on all things in his ward

  • This is a shame this senseless violence is happening everywhere when is enough enough.

  • When the politicians stop justifying reasons why people do these things and just round them up and keep them locked up. They know who the gangsters are, but they are just too PC correct to treat them like they should be treated and keep the rest of us safe. No excuses for that behavior.

The politicians, media, Reverends etc. won't tell the truth. The wording in the Sun Times "vehicle approached heard shots felt pain" glosses over the fact that a human intentionally fired a weapon at another human. It's street or gun violence, never blamed on individual people. It sounds random, like a tornado or lightning.

If the shooter is caught he/she will be portrayed as a victim too. A victim of circumstances, like their unfortunate zip code for example, who was "trying to turn their life around and about to go back to school."

The Reverends/Aldercreatures then demand "programs" because more taxpayer $ is always the answer. That will make crime and dysfunction go away.
