Garbage Scavenger

Hi, all - Just looking for some advice about how to deal with a guy who repeatedly goes through our alley dumpster at 3 am. He throws so much trash on the ground that our neighbor was fined by the city, and the noise is bad enough to wake us. We don't want to padlock it because our 6 units share our dumpster and it would be a huge pain to everyone. He does it all the way down the alley. Similar issue? Ideas?

  • Make 6 keys and give everyone a key then enjoy a good nights sleep.

  • You don't even need to buy a shredder. There is a "scissors shredder" you can get online for about 20 bucks. Can easily cut out the personal info on mail and foil would-be ID thieves.
