  • Isn't the point for domestic violence shelters to be anonymous? Publishing an address, especially on the internet where nothing ever disappears, just makes it easier for batterers to locate the person they battered. Having worked on a crisis line I had many calls from batterers threatening harm if they weren't told where their significant other. I realize everyone wa nts a big "grand opening" but it might not have been wise.
