Other offense: Telephone threat

this is a psychiatric hospital for those that don't know and patients make idle threats all the time but to be safe all threats are treated as valad.
i actually work there and they are so concerned for safety they have only first names on our i.d. so no distraught patients can look staff up and cause them any harm
