Mayor proposes to repeal three TIF districts
The 26th/Kostner TIF District in the Little Village neighborhood was designated in 1998, but thus far has not expended any funds for a development project. Since there has been no financial activity in the TIF district for seven years or more, it must be repealed by state statute.
