A male white Hispanic offender approached a 13 year old female victim as she was walking to school at 8:55 a.m., December 11, 2007 and exposed himself. This incident took place in the 8200 block of South Hamlin.

Bryan Glasper, 20, of the 3200 block of West Washington Blvd. and Donald Marshall, 22, of the 8900 block of South Albany in Evergreen Park, Ill. were charged today with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of robbery and one count of attempted robbery. The 15 year old male is charged as a juvenile.
