DOH Fourth Quarter 2007 Results; Commitment Reaches $661 Million
The City Council approved the construction of St. Luke Renaissance at Greenview Place located at 1501 W. Melrose Street in the Lake View community. RRG Development, Inc. plans to build a 107-unit affordable supportive living complex for seniors in the City's 44th Ward.

ATM Theft
Additional information revealed that the same offender was involved in removing and replacing a ATM panel inside a vestibule at a Washington Mutual Bank. These incidents occurred on July 14th, 2007, and the banks were located at 3556 N. Southport and 2744 N. Clark. These same incidents have taken place throughout the city of Chicago, and several Chicago suburbs.

St. Luke Renaissance at Greenview PlaceThe first ordinance acknowledges a declaration of intent to issue up to $15 million in housing revenue bonds, $2.8 million in loans and $1.5 million in donations tax credits for the proposed construction of St. Luke Renaissance at Greenview Place located at 1501 W. Melrose Street in the Lake View community.
