    An unknown male Hispanic offender approached a 12 year old female as she was walking to school on the 1400 block of West Montrose at 8:45 a.m. on February 8, 2008. The offender attempted to engage the victim in a conversation and she refused. The offender then asked the victim is she wanted to go home with him. The victim ran to school and reported the incident.
