The 32-unit supportive living complex, located at 1251 S. Sawyer Ave., provides extensive onsite support services including case management, medical assistance and education and other services as needed to persons with HIV/AIDS and the formerly homeless whose incomes are below 50 percent of area median income. Residents pay 30 percent of their income for rent and utilities.
