The developer, The Resurrection Project, plans to build the 73-unit development at 2021 S. Morgan St. in the 25th Ward. The project will bring a mix of 28 studio, 32 one- and 13 two-bedroom units in a five-story building. Sizes will range from 478 to 828 square feet.
