Preserving Communities TogetherAn ordinance was also approved for the transfer of vacant property, located at 41 North Mayfield Avenue, Unit E, in the City's Austin community to Bryant Interior Space and Renovation Services, LLC, under the Preserving Communities Together (PCT) program, an initiative designed to reclaim abandoned property for disposition to approved developers.
