Council Approves Ordinance Supporting Senior Housing

The Chicago City Council today approved an ordinance benefiting seniors by authorizing the issuance of up to $15 million in housing revenue bonds and up to $2 million in loans for the proposed construction of Victory Center of South Chicago SLF at 3251 E. 92nd Street, a 112-unit affordable supportive living complex for seniors.
