Does anyone know what is going into the commercial space at Wolcott and Montrose? They've been remodeling it, it looks like for a restaurant, but there is nothing posted about who is going to move in. Anyone know???

If it's the spot at the NE corner of Wolcott/Montrose, I run by it every night and a couple weeks back the doors were open to air out the wood solvent smell - it looked like there was a long bar in it but lately the doors have been closed. I haven't seen the liquor license applications posted so perhaps it is running slow.

I noticed yesterday there was a bar applying for a liquor licence it was called fountainhead. I hope it doesn't suck.

Does anyone know what is going on at the 3660 n. lake shore drive address? a lot of condos there have gone into foreclosure, and some taken over by banks. I heard the condo associations over the years mismanaged association funds, and there is no money for major repairs and upkeep there. do you know anything about this?
